We are a company providing comprehensive services
in the field of manufacturing various wood products.
Our activities date back to 1980, when the company was founded by Andrzej Kowalczyk. The main feature of the Andrew company is its constant development, which still accompanies it.
Here is a brief historical overview of our company's activities:
Initially, it was a one-man operation based on the service of wood wiping. The next few years were mainly relayed to the dynamic development of the sawmill and the expansion of the offer of manufactured products. In the 1990s, the company was mainly involved in the production of such products as: rafter framing, sawn timber and railway sleepers.
Early in the 21st century, the Andrew company continued to expand its offer. The production of wooden pallets as well as wooden drums for cables and ropes started. In 2005 a drying room was built, which was the first step to obtain IPPC phytosanitary certificate.
The year 2009 saw a very intense time for our company. At that time, the construction of new facilities (a sawmill with office and staff facilities, a modern boiler room and a chamber drying room) started, which were put into operation in 2012.
We are well aware of the importance of various types of certificates for the company. They affect the company's good reputation and are a kind of confirmation of the quality of services rendered by a given company.
Therefore, our company can also boast a large collection of certificates. Among others, we have the certificate FSC ® "Forests For All Forever" FSC-C111186,, which confirms that the wood raw material used by our plant comes from well-managed and maintained forests. Furthermore, the EUR EPAL certificate confirms Andrew's membership in the international pallet organisation. Other certificates include ISO, IPPC, phytosanitary and PEFC certificates.
The Andrew company currently produces wooden packaging: wooden drums, pallets, etc. We also actively cooperate with small companies and international concerns of various industries, such as cable, rope and automotive sectors.
