High durability of the products

We manufacture plywood reels with main disc diameters from 250 mm to 1500 mm. The reel core can be made of paper, plywood, sheet metal or PVC. They are joined by thin-walled tubes or steel bars.

Plywood reels are used for packaging, packing and transporting logs, fibre optics, fibre microtubes, cords, and wire ropes.

Specification

We manufacture plywood reels with main disc diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1500 mm. Our experience and technological park allow us to adapt the reels in every aspect to the customer's needs. They can be further personalised with printing, silk-screening, laser engraving, customer logos, as well as serial numbers and barcodes.

Assembled reels or reels in components

We offer plywood reels in assembled form as well as in components for assembly. As part of our co-operation, the customer receives full assistance and technology from us to enable self-assembly.

Recycling of used plywood reels

For ANDREW s.c., the environment is a very important aspect of our development policy. Above all, we focus on closed-cycle production and cooperation. This is why we place particular emphasis on recycling reels. We offer our customers comprehensive assistance in this aspect as part of our operational cooperation.

We have our
own transport

ANDREW s.c. is the only manufacturer of wood and plywood reels in Europe with its own transport fleet, which consists of more than 20 sets. The transport and logistics department is a very important element of Our Development Policy for us. We want to provide our customers, in addition to production, with logistics services at the highest level. Having our own logistics resources allows us to deliver our products on time, safely and flexibly throughout Europe.
